Payment accepted: Cash, personal check, cashier's check, or Zelle.  

Contracts: Payment in full & a signed contract confirm our performance for you.  

Cancellation policy: Cancellation within 2 weeks - no refunds.  2-4 weeks - 25% refund.  1-2 months - 50% refund.  2 months or greater - 75% refund.    

Travel fees: Prices listed cover performances in the Greater Woodlands area.  For other locations, travel fees will be calculated based on distance.  

Outdoor performances: In general, Bonnie & friends do not perform outdoors.  Weather poses great risks to our instruments and equipment.  

Arrival: Bonnie arrives 45 minutes to an hour in advance to unload, set up, & tune.  She brings all necessary equipment.  

Rain policy: A covered area in which to unload & load the harp is required.  

Delays: For weddings, there is no extra charge for delayed ceremony start time of 15 minutes or less.  Delays of longer than 20 minutes will be charged in 5-minute increments of $10.00.
